Persons who can request reimbursement of medicines:

• Military personnel in reserve/retirement, military pensioners, soldiers and professional ranks who have been transferred to the reserve or removed from military records based on the provisions of art. 45, para. 1, lit. a, c, d, o, of Law no. 384/2006 regarding the status of soldiers and professional ranks;
• Military personnel retired due to disability as a result of service accidents or illnesses contracted during and because of fulfilling
  military obligations who later opted for a pension from the state social insurance system;
• Veterans, war widows and invalids, as well as other categories of persons provided by special laws;

Documents required for the medicine reimbursement file:

• Reimbursement request;
• Copy of the identity card;
• Copy of the pension slip;
• Copy of the medical recommendation (CNAS prescription, simple prescription, TAB III prescription))
• Original tax invoice, issued by the pharmacy that dispensed the medicines in the beneficiary's name;
• Original receipt corresponding to the tax invoice;

The IBAN code of the account in which the reimbursed amount is requested to be transferred.
