The current professional certificate is the document issued at the request of the physician or at the request of the competent authority from another state and contains relevant personal data regarding the honorability, morality, and competence with which the physician, who holds or has held in the past the status of member of the Romanian College of Physicians, may practice the profession.

The member certificate is the document issued by the Romanian College of Physicians, through the territorial colleges, based on which the holder can practice the medical profession on the territory of Romania, according to the level of training in the profession and the applicable legal provisions. The member certificate will consist of the main page and the annual endorsement regarding the practice of the medical profession.
